FLYER - for our first level of KundainiYoga Training called 'Kundalini Awakening' Course description : Its for people that have never met us before or have been to a local weekly class. Or done on workshop with us , either at LE MARTINET or when we travel all over the world giving workshops. Its for people that are interested in spiritual development , light workers. Who want to deepen their KundainiYoga practice and to become a teacher. International minded people. We teach in three languages as a norm. Kundalini Yoga is not like usual yoga (Hatha) Its Dynamic transformational energic process. We use the 5 elements throughout all trainings. Using nature immersion as a tool. Using communal living and group processes.
