We would like a 2-sided mailer piece to send either as first contact to prospective clients in the SaaS (software as a service, companies like eventbrite, rackspace, etc.) industry, or as a follow-up to a phone conversation. We're not necesarilly trying to convert to a sale at this point, but creating enough interest to lead to further conversations.
Initial idea for front side:
1) Opening line stating why they received the mailer. Our mission is "to have productive conversations that drive meaningful results"; doesn't need to be this verbatim, but something along those lines that tells them directly that we want to talk.
2) WHY? At Incept, we believe every interaction with a current or potential customer has a long lasting impact on their relationship with your brand.
3) WHAT? Through millions of conversations on behalf of software companies, we’ve developed a system to ensure the highest possible percentage strengthen relationships with your customers.
4) HOW? We use a process called InceptListen and InceptLead (good information at http://www.inceptresults.com/listen.php, lays out the premise behind the entire mailer).

Essentially an explanation of our specific product offerings.
We want to show the conversational wheel (image attached), with the different conversation types that are shown within the wheel laid out somehow.
