Established in 2012 by founders/directors Patrick Kelly and Phil Jordan Golf Life Tours provides tailor made holidays throughout Vietnam and much of Asia. Although we specialise in golf tours in Vietnam this is only a small component of what we can provide. Despite being new-comers to the market we have over 10 years combined experience living and working in the region, specifically related to leading trips in South-East Asia and China, contracting and designing product ranges for major Australian tour operators and teaching golf. Although we specialise in Golf tours it is by no means all that we do. We can design holidays and trips to fit any request. These may be thematic tailor-made itineraries for anything ranging from culinary, golf, bucks, historical, luxury/spa, family, wellness and photography tours to corporate bonding or incentive trips. Whatever the request is we can meet it. We do not claim to be a major tour operator dealing with tens of thousands of clients, rather we play to our strengths as a boutique operator and like to talk directly with every client who enquires with us. This way we can ensure the holiday we give the client meets their requirements exactly and we get to share our first-hand knowledge of the region, rather than put the client in a position where they are sold a holiday to a destination where the travel agent has never been before. Both Phil and Patrick can join you as tour directors by request for any journeys and Patrick can give Golf lessons on specialised golfing trips, not to mention an in depth knowledge on the country. We work directly with ground handlers and suppliers in Asia to ensure our clients get the best possible price for their holiday. We also feel strongly about giving back to carefully chosen charities and benevolent organisations in the region. Currently we are involved in work with SwimVietnam and Streets International. Our experience in the region and the industry also gives us a great understanding of clients expectations. We do not take any easy or cheap option to service your requests but spend the time to find out exactly what you want and give you the best options based on that. We want this flyer to obviously be eye catching and essentially direct them to our website or call us when they see it, whether they are interested in Golf in Vietnam or a culinary holiday through Cambodia. We would also like it known the level of our experience, both in Travel management and Golf and we are not just a couple of people who decided to try start a travel business with no real experience. Due to the name of the company there will inevitably be a golf overtone, which is fine. These flyers will be placed wherever we can put them. This will include, but not be limited to golf club houses, restaurants, sorting clubs etc and also to be sent out through e-mail databases. As we deal with every enquiry with a personal phone call where we can showcase our knowledge on the region and what we do it is all about getting there interest and just having them visit the site and make that call. I realise it will be very tricky when only dealing having the limited text of a flyer and wanted to keep it eye catching. Although not completely niche we are essentially the only ones in the market doing this at present. We run trips with PGA pros where the one or both of the directors Phil Jordan or Patrick Kelly will join the trip. We also support charities in Vietnam which can be seen on the bottom of our homepage as can more information and Phil and Patrick in the ‘about us’ section. We feel we have a real advantage in this industry and we feel there is a real market for the product we are offering. No other companies in Australia specialise in Golf Tours to Vietnam and SE Asia and it is still somewhat of an unknown market to many. (we have been to golfing suppliers who don’t know about Golf in Vietnam despite some of the biggest names ever in Golf having courses there –Greg Norman, Nick Faldo, Colin Montgomery, Luke Donald etc). Our knowledge on what we sell is by far our biggest attribute. Combined with our industry experience, buying advantage and having lived in the region for so long we feel that once we have the enquiry, selling the product itself and differentiating ourselves from the competition will be the easy part.
