We are a management company that provides building maintenance to commercial, medical, manufacturing and other companies.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We want a flyer or brochure that will target private and charter school. Most schools use in house custodians and can save 40% by outsourcing. Not only do they save money but they get a professional cleaning service. Most times when we take over the service, the schools are not being cleaned to an acceptable standard. The custodians being used in house are not professional cleaners and clean at a much slower rate and much less quality.
How do they save 40%? They no longer have the cost of having an employee. In just employee taxes alone, along with benefits they save 40%. The savings can be even more because the we usually reduce the cleaning times.
With the budget cuts to the schools this should be a no brainer but I need a piece that won't be discarded as trash and can capture their attention. They immediately increase their bottom line by a minumum of 40%.
I don't want the piece to be salesy but more of an informational piece that speaks to their bottom line.
