We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating awareness about thyroid cancer, promoting early detection and raising money to fund research to find a cure. We are a young organization that wants to be perceived as fun yet considered professional. You should get a feel for us from our logo which is a bit edgy and hip.

We are hosting our 1st annual bowl-a-thon event called Strike Out Thyroid Cancer. We are in need of a flyer design that can be printed on 8.5x14 or 8.5x11 size paper. Event date: September 22nd, 2012 Event Location: Ten Park Lanes, 1700 Montford Drive, Charlotte, NC Event Time: Registration 2:30-3:15pm; Bowling 3:30-5:30pm; After Party 5:30-7:00pm Bowler: $30 ticket and includes 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, heavy appetizers, good times! Non-Bowler: $15 ticket and includes heavy appetizers and good times! REACT Thyroid Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to creating awareness for thyroid cancer and raising funds to support research for new treatment options and ultimately find a cure.

I have also included a few different versions of our logo that can be used to provide a bit more flexibility.  The poster will be displayed in area businesses and the intent is to encourage people to sign up for the event. We need to drive participation for over 100 people.
