Create an A4 promotional poster for the personal development program, Improving Relationships

I am a psychotherapist and I'm going to launch an eight week course called 'Improving Relationships: with yourself and others' for the staff (both teaching and admin) at my local university, Hull in the UK

I’d like a design for a full colour A4 poster to promote an eight week personal development program entitled ‘Improving Relationships: with yourself and others’. This will be for staff at my local University (Hull, UK) both teaching and admin.
I’d like a design that conveys this information in a professional and friendly way. These posters will be going up on notice boards but also being handed out to people individually and emailed as a pdf file.
There is a lot of information below and I want something that is inviting and engaging but that also provides a clear idea of what is on offer and how it will be delivered.
I’d like to see what designs with photos of people will look like.
Obviously the hard data in the description is fixed such as the times, dates, locations, price but I’m happy to consider possible ways the descriptions could be tweaked if you think they could be phrased better.
