We are a new business that publishes business related books which focus on management self development and training. Our target clients are HR departments of medium to large companies and any business professional that is looking to improve their skills.

We have a book almost ready to go and need a cover designed that will reflect the content. This is a book written for the "new" manager or an advancing manager that is trying to get ahead in their company or industry. It is an indepth view of what to expect as a new manager. We wish to have an upscale corporate look but not too stiff in appearance. The title of the book is: The Effective Manager - for new and advancing managers

Target buyer will be HR professionals, which is 80% female and approx 25 - 55 years in age. However our end user will be both male and female from ages 25 - 40 years old. These buyers will all have post secondary education and good communication skills.
