Our current labels are too simplistic and don't look professional and we are looking to grow our brand to the next step (see attachments for old design). We originally designed them that way as a simple adaptable template to be able to incorporate imagery for the in-house scents as "catch-eye". For instance: king cobra label has a cobra to it, the valiant has a sword to it... But I'm a chemist and even though I have a vision, I cant execute it so we need a professional :-) which is why we are submitting this contest.
Thus, we are looking for a more sophisticated, professional, unified look; where imagery could potentially be added otherwise anything traditional with color schemes would work, ex. green for peppermint, pink for grapefruit etc...(see attachment for overall offer and for inspirations). We are looking for a core design that could be adaptable to different types of product variants and container (lip balm to bottle to jar etc...) and with an alternating color scheme to match the different fragrances and flavors so that there would be more unity and the brand could be easily recognizable on a shelf as we are looking for our next growth step.
We are looking for more than a designer, we are looking for a partner as we potentially (budget allowing) would love to further work with the individual that comes up with the perfect label design template for our brand to later apply to all products, as well as potentially working on our website design, which we are currently rebuilding to look more sophisticated, and we can't move on until we get our new labels. We would like to maintain the logo and name calligraphy even though variations are welcome if you have an idea to further improve the classy/pro factor.
I have attached a ppt of labels from this site that I liked for inspiration.
I also attached a summary of our products and their corresponding scents. Again this contest is really to select a design template but also a designer with whom we would like to further work upon contest completion to apply the designs to the entire collection.
To conclude we are looking for labels that are:
- Color Alternating to match different flavor
- Possibility to add imagery for in house fragrance but not required if you feel like it would dilute the unity of the color scheme
- Anything that inspires you is welcome
Thanks for your participation !!!
Please propose something even if its one image, as long as a solid template is there, we would be happy for you to consider to submit a design. Thanks again.
