Wiring Spelling Brains ! SSP Spelling Cloud Keyring enables students to spell all words in the English language, other than 'one' and 'once'. Spoken words are created using pure speech sounds (phonemes) and these all have their own 'Speech Sound Pics'. 'Writing is just talking on paper.' This approach is called 'Code Mapping' and utilises the power of/ neuroplasticity. Students learn to 'Code Map' for reading and spelling. They use the SSP Spelling Strategy - say it, listen for the pure speech sounds, draw a line for each to sit on, and then make your Sound Pic choices. The brain learns to recognise which options 'look right'. SSP overcomes phonemic awareness issues, rewiring dyslexic brains. Students are able to finally become effective spellers, at any age. This handy keyring can be taken everywhere, and is a world first..all spelling choices for the representations for all speech sounds, on one handy keyring ! What's your vision?
We have the keyring, but no packaging, and want to sell units to supermarkets, retail outlets etc. So needs to be in a box for presentation and shelf stacking. There are 67 business card sized laminated clouds on a metal keyring. The instruction booklet will be business size too. I have found boxes I like that are sold in China. Clear lid window. So keyring can be seen, and also instruction booklet (both business card size) - how can we make it really funky though? Or other ideas.

There are 67 clouds, split into 4 colours- green, purple, yellow, blue- these follow the order of our program used in schools (SSP) But this is a stand alone resource regardless of whether they use SSP.
