Being our first contest, our design brief was fairly vague because we didn't know what to expect, and we weren't exactly sure what we wanted for our brand yet. He took his time and really put a lot of thought into the design before he submitted to our contest. As it turned out, his design was exactly what we were looking for (we just didn't know it). During the handover process, he treated this like it was his own company. His communication skills were great and he was extremely professional overall.
