player development, technical work, tactical work and skill development.

3. Elite Squads,
Skill (decision making) technical development and lifestyle templates.

4.Management Squads,
to the athletes which produce the necessary requirements and prerequisites to pursue football as a career.

It's all about the players developing good habits in a positive circle. Too many footballers are not enjoying the game in Australia because of the politics and negative energy exposed at the low levels. This energy is then transferred in their personal life and reflects in their game.

To give athletes "a happy where they are on the way to where they want to be medium" is what we are after.
