I gained inspiration for this logo from the city scape of Salt Lake City Utah.
I incorporated the colour quite freely in the bottom 2 designs but in the top one with a bit more structured to give the idea of lasers.
The bottom idea was inspired by a similar festival I have been to in London, the light almost looked like a waterfall! It had an amazing effect.

The text incorporated 2 fonts I think the mixture of fonts in this gives a really clean and modern and easy to read feel.
