We are a Frequency Coordination company that helps Wireless ISPs, Utility Providers and TelCo's find licensed microwave frequencies to establish wireless data networks. Think of your cell phone and using the internet on there. There's a wireless backhaul that data comes from. We do that. While Frequency Coordination and FCC Licensing is our primary business, we also do Frequency Protection (preventing interference), where we monitor, review and respond to other companies looking to establish networks within range of our protection clients networks. Our full range of services can be found on our website: www.micronetcom.com. The demographic that we'll be going after is 30-50 yr old men and women (mostly men) running Wireless ISPs. Most of these people are engineers or have backgrounds in engineering but run their companies.
What's your vision?
We currently have a Mirage Pop-Up Display sold to us by Skyline Sector 5. If you're curious as to what a Mirage Display is, check this website out: http://www.skyline.com/exhibits/systems/mirage and you'll see for yourself. My initial idea is to mirror our website a bit using our brand colors (http://micronetcom.com/brandguide/colors.html) and imagery that the website has going on. I was thinking grayed imagery of a tower with 3 antennas on it in the top 2/3rds of the display. Then our core competencies: Frequency Coordination, FCC Licensing and Frequency Protection could be "bullets" using the antennas as the "bullet" images and the "red arrows" from our rotating images overlayed. Then the bottom third of the whole display would be used to display images of Frequency Protection, Frequency Coordination or Network Planning or anything else you can dream up. If I come up with any ideas, I'll send a notice out and add it to the files below. So to make it clear, the text we want to have displayed for sure is: Frequency Coordination, FCC Licensing Experts, Frequency Protection. Other text options for a bullet format like our current display is: E-Band Registration, License Management, Path Status Manager, Network Planning and Design. We like to market our "fast turnaround times", "ability to always talk to an engineer immediately", "accurate spectrum allocation and selection" and "most complete and up-to-date database." The current signage lists out in bullet points a number of services but all outdated and not really relevant in today's environment. The things we want to hit on are items that aren't easily manageable by the attendees that we aren't already doing through the associations show we're exhibiting at. Examples of this would be E-Band Registration, Licensing and Database Management, CBRS spectrum registration, Path Status Manager Tool (by the way, you can see the demo we have here: https://www.micronetcommunications.com/ps/MicronetDemo) which will include at some point Path Profiles and Monitor Reports for our Frequency Protection service. We're hoping to get an eye catching exhibit booth that's an upgrade from our current booth, shows our brand colors, our core competencies and highlights some of our services. It's pictured as well below. The biggest thing is that our logo needs to be on there. It would be great if that small display could be an attention grabber as it'll be in the front of our booth space closest to traffic.
Our last display lasted 6 years but times have changed, not to mention it's pretty worn down now. New brand identities, colors and messages need to be reinforced. That's where the need for exceptional designers comes in. We tried 99designs recently and were extremely pleased with the results and have decided to give it another go with a much larger and important project. I leave all the creativity in your capable hands. I definitely want to make sure the branding is there, it looks professional and would be eye catching enough to attract attendees at the various trade shows to our booth. Our major trade shows we exhibit at cater to Wireless ISPs, Utilities (like Oil, Gas and Electric) and TelCo's (like AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile). Each particular show has a bit of a different flare to what we feel are our opportunities to market/sell. Wireless ISPs shows, we market everything we have with an emphasis on Frequency Coordination. Utilities, we want to market ourselves as a trusted partner to prevent interference but show we have other areas we're experts in. For Telco's we want to market the often overlooked services we provide such as E-Band Registration and Planning. Also of note is that the final file resolution is 100dpi, per the requirements from the company printing the signage. All requirements are found in the file "Sector 5 Graphic Requirements" PDF file.
