Guaranteed Gold Contest: YouTube Banner For Online Jazz Piano School

I would like the style of the banner to be similar to the style of the website: www.pianogroove.com with a similar colour scheme. I have attached an example YouTube banner that I like the style of. I also attached a photo with the design used with a background image and the PG logo.

It would be nice to show some of the lessons and also some images of the teachers. We have a team of 10 teachers. I have attached an example of a YouTube Banner that I like. I think it would be cool to show both the lesson screenshots and images of the teachers in the little panels and have the logo in the centre. For the background, perhaps use the large image of the man at the piano, perhaps add some opacity to this. I have attached a selection of lesson thumbnails to use in the small panels as on the example, and also some images of the teachers.
