DaveSalyers got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
Design a t-shirt image sport fans will love to wear and show off for a new sports game/app
Check out DaveSalyers's T-shirt contest…
The three visual styles we like most are: Vintage/retro, Typographic, & Grunge. Next three styles we like are: Illustrated, Conceptual Art, & Fun/Playful. Last three we like are: Clean/Minimalistic, Abstract, and Masculine. We don't like any of the other styles listed by 99Designs beyond these nine.
Nothing is required on the t-shirt. We'd like one small design element to tie back to our jumpON App/Game. Could be the star we use, two stars for double up, three stars for triple up, green check for correct, red X for incorrect, a frame with two sides for picking a side. JumpON is a sports pool game that requires our players to pick sides. We market our app as sports action for all. Our game is free to play. Using one or two words is OK, but we don't want more than two words. Our website is playjumpon.com. I like to pick underdogs, take the points, or pick under totals. We don't want to limit the creative process. We want something cool, hip, & that people want to wear. We have attached 5 images of t-shirts that I wear often. With the exception of ELEMENT and OAR, the other three do not mention the brand. We plan to add our logo to the back of the t-shirt near the neckline.
What to avoid
We don't want all words. We do not want Play Jump ON only. We want an image. We don't want a traditional sports shield that all the fantasy sports use. We do-not want our logo front and center. We don't want PLAY JUMP ON or just JUMP ON front and center. We don't want the use anything from our brand graphic identity. No brand colors. Want a newly created, fresh design that people want to wear in public. Games, bars, casinos, etc.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. T-shirt starts at €179.

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their t-shirt.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
DaveSalyers collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Our designer created some super unique designs using our branding guide and then was super helpful and responsive when we needed changes to tweaks. Would highly recommend then and 99designs!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
