New t-shirt design wanted for Cambridge Innovation Center

We're an Innovation Center, where we house over 400+ client companies under one roof. It's a mix of entrepreneurs, inventors, business folks, and all around renaissance peoples. We're looking to change the world by bringing together all these different individuals and allowing them to work, network, and grow their businesses easier. And we do that with our own brand of fun and hospitality.

My aim is to create a fun, yet professional t-shirt that can be worn informally to work, or during a nite out. So, a simple design on the front with just the 'dots' (from the logo) near the upper left chest, and a creative design on the back is an idea. That creative design could be a retro Russian Communist propaganda concept stating, "hard work leads to innovation", or a futuristic landscape a la BladeRunner or Tron. Or anything else would be really cool...maybe with animals. You get the fun nature of this design.

The attached image is our logo and company name. Feel free to separate these two, or remove our name all together. Just using the 'dots' can be compelling in it's own way. If you need more file attachments, or a better quality logo please let me know.
