About us

We are a full service health club that specializes in personal training and nutrition.

What's your vision?

The sphere with the cursive "a" in it stands for Arkansas Health and Fitness, LLC. I plan to have it on everything we do. It is the holding company that will own different locations that have slightly different names. Chenal Health and Fitness, Maumelle Health and Fitness, Conway Health and Fitness, etc. Right now I just need the Chenal Health and Fitness design that incorporates the sphere. I am open to anything creative.

I will try to upload a .ai file tomorrow. I don't think anyone will know or understand what the sphere means so let's make it less prominent. I was thinking it could be small on a shirt sleeve or low on the back of the shirt or on the side kinda small. Could even be a background for Chenal Health and fitness. Working out is about pushing yourself. Maybe push the sphere in some way. Just some thoughts. My target audience is middle to upper income but I still like to be a little edgy.
