Template Design for Custom T-Shirts sold at State Fairs

This will be a t-shirt design for a company printing and selling custom t-shirts at state fairs across the United States. We will take a selfie photo of friends and families, remove the background, and place the photo onto a custom-designed template to be printed for the customers. The idea we have is for the photo to be framed in a cool way, with the words State Fair and the year included (which will be editable to accommodate different locations and dates for later use). All print colors (except white) are usable, since we're printing on a DTG machine and not screen printing.

A design that looks like the photo doesn't blend in well. It shouldn't look like 2 different styles and an obvious edit. The photo should be in a spot that blends well with the rest of the shirt design.
