upperechelongamers got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
The World in Flames
Check out upperechelongamers's T-shirt contest…
We have a well defined style of high detail, with grunge texture. We would like there to be a creative and detailed expansion on the initial concept with whatever visual flair the artist feels comfortable with, as long as it conforms to our style references.
We require that the Logo be used on the shirt in some way. (It doesnt have to be large, or the main focus at all) The entire point of the shirt, is a "flaming planet earth"... the earth, on fire, as the main design. Outside of that there is freedom. Attached are some examples of visual style, and detail level... as well as a couple references for the winning designs from past contests we have held. The golden skull was a winner chosen, as well as the Grey skull with wings. Please include, if possible... (in a subtle way) the words "Upper Echelon") The illuminati Eye attachment shows a comparative level of detail, and we hope that the concept of a "flaming earth" will inspire some creative designs.
What to avoid
Please do not use cartoon stylings, or anything that could be considered "childish" We have an audience primarily from 18 - 45 years old and anything juvenile will be immediately rejected. (even if its the best thing in the world, it just wouldn't sell to our members, I apologize for that.) Thank you.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. T-shirt starts at €179.

And then… they selected 3 winners!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
