Hair & Make-Up Stylist Professional Website

We are looking for a six page website that will basically have same features of old website which is (www.1taura.com) but we want to update look and change a few things.

Desired Style: elegant and contemporary Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) See current website that was never really used and updated with pictures. We want to use black background and white type on the design of website also maybe using some gradients a bit to frame in content? 2.) We want to loose the music effect. 3.) We have a new logo design that we have provided a link to the image of logo above.  We want a flash movement or effect added to the logo. 4.) We don't want Testimonial page to have posting feature access on website.  As you will see error problem. 5.) I also want code to be in english and WC3 compliant website.  I will also want a un-coded PSD file, as well as the fully coded tableless CSS html format, .FLA, & SWF. used.  6.) She does like mouse cursor showing wand effect but in white instead and the stars that follow.  So ideally we would like to incorporate those as well in new design.
