Hales Corners Family Care
What's your vision?
Accepted File Formats: html css psd My client is a Primary Care Physician who owns their own practice. The website will be used to create an online presence, attempting to both attract a younger demographic of patients and give general information about the office (location, hours, etc..) We have decided that the site will have a main page along with 2-3 sub-pages. When designing, please consider that there is a possibility of adding more pages in the future. The main page should consist of navigation, a place for some content, a sidebar for a small content blurb (she would like to post small education tidbits about current medical topics, flu season, and the like. 2-3 paragraphs in length). Also should be a small area that will say whether the Dr. is taking new patients or not, along with any insurances she is presently not accepting. Office hours and an address should also be featured on this page. The First Sub-Page will be a Bio and Credentials Page. It will consist of a photo of the Doctor, and a history of her education. Also will be a history of the practicem, and the Doctor's specialties. This is mainly a content page. There will also be photos of the office on this page. The Seconds Sub-Page will be a Contact & Information page. It will consist of office hours, location, phone number etc. It will also incorporate a map of the location of the office along with pictures of the building. The name of the practice is Hales Corners Family Care and should be incorporated in the design. This contest will go until 20th of January unless a clear winner is determined before that. In the event that we find that non of the entries are to the acceptance of my client by the ending of the contest, we reserve the right to not declare a winner. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter this contest. Contest winner will be paid $400 via Paypal or a suitable alternative suggestion by winner. The winning submission must be coded in valid XHTML 1.0 and CSS, and render correctly in IE6, IE7, FF2, FF1.5, and Safari. Winner will submit all necessary files (.html, .css, and images) including original .psd file with layers intact. Please take into consideration the type of content planned on each page when creating your designs. Some vague suggestions: The site should be streamlined, warm and inviting, personable yet professional. It should not use an excess of images, but it shall not be plain either.
