$610 (UNCODED) Website template for an educational service provider (Uncoded)

I am looking for four page templates for this site.
I think the best way to do this is if entrants submit a home page design and I will pick the winner from that.
Once I have a winner I will then work with them to design the other three templates I.E Training Page, Presenter Page and Shop page

and space for a banner along the top
Also have room for copy
At the bottom of the page there should be a latest training section where 3 of the latest courses can be show cased this should be a photo and room for a sentence ( for each of the show cased traning courses)
Also a latest presenters section where 3 of the latest presenters can be show cased this should be a photo and room for a sentence
Also a latest testimonial section with a sentence from the latest testimonial and name and place of testimony

Also winning entrant will be expected to develop all site graphics I.E banner, ad buttons etc
