Architect website redesign - uncoded - $225

Well established architect needs a site redesign to simplify navigation, create more impact on the front page, and perform better in the search engines.

Issues with current site: Current design is too wide, navigation is not search engine or people friendly, design is outdated

Goals: Redesign the site using the same basic look , but with much simpler navigation and a MUCH more search engine friendly design. Site should stand out visually, with flash on front page to showcase past work. Much of the content of the current site will stay the same but will updated.

Same basic colors as current website, however I would like to see some alternative color schemes as long as the logo colors do not change.
