Left Travel got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Design a Pet Friendly Travel Homepage

Travel & Hotel
We operate PetFriendly.io, a meta travel brand providing travelers with an easy way to source dog-friendly and pet-friendly accommodations. Our target audience are English-speaking North American travelers looking for vacations where they can bring their pets.
The mood/tone should be friendly and personable. Playfulness and humor is key. Whereas we (and competitors) have used photos historically, I like the idea of vector-based illustrations for the bones of the site as the photos of individual rentals, cabins, and hotels will dominate internal pages (and attract people to click). The theme needs to extend into mobile easily. I would like to create a brand that the icon alone could be put onto a sticker and shown at the entrance to a premises and show that the place is "Pet Friendly". A few of our other brands include Varoom.com, RentByOwner.com, and Hotala.com and a lot of the elements shown on these sites (search box, property cards, menus), can be used as inspiration for this brand refresh.
We can modify the design to work with internal pages. However the page needs to be mobile-centric. I don't know if that counts as a different page, or is part of the single web page? Required elements include a search box (location & dates).
If we are using stock illustrations, they should be supportive of the overall design and not be the primary design objects.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Web page design starts at €549.
