Design required for Boutique Guest House

A clean, elegant, prefessional design is required for the home page of a Boutique Guest house. The design needs to include photos of the house and rooms.

The target market of the website is business travelers, both local and international. The look and feel must be clean, elegant, graceful and professional but at the same time have a ‘wow’ factor to it. The theme of the website is tuscan to match the guest house. Photos of the guest house must be used in the design.

The look and feel of the website must convey the high quality accommodation and atmosphere provided by Casa Velha

The colours used on the website should be be earthy colors to match the tuscan theme- terracotta, olive green, deep browns as well as blues and gold

A website that the client likes the look of is: http://www.avianto.co.za/. Notice how the site is clean and elegant. It doesn't have a strong Tuscan theme, which the new website will need to have.

Homepage:

Slogan: "Comfortable Boutique Guest House, Delicious cuisine, Excellent Service ... " (could be the heading for the Intro paragraph on the homepage)

The homepage then has a short intro paragraph

"Welcome to Casa Velha Boutique Guest House located in Benoni, South Africa. Casa Velha has 7 apartments with onsuite bathrooms tastefully decorated in the style of Tuscany. The guest house has lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat."

The 5 photos labeled 'home page 1 to 5' must be included on the homepage.

The captions for the photos are optional (if a caption is not going to work with your design then it can be left out):

Home page 1 - caption - "Relaxed dining"
Home page 2 - caption - "Peaceful atmosphere" (the exposure on this photo is not great, please try and adjust)
Home page 3 - caption - "Tuscan guest house"
Home page 4 - caption - "Elegant bedrooms"

The homepage then needs to section for News: (this will just be titles) . Sample text:
