We like warm colors with blue accents, but are open to other color schemes.
unPRESSedented is a new company involved in fiction publishing (website not yet up). We love the idea of networks or groups of people contributing to a solution, idea, process, or project.
Please submit only original work.
We are looking for a design that says fun, grass roots, and web 2.0. We dont want a stodgy design that says old brick and mortar establishment. Specific layout notes at the bottom.
When submitting an entry, please say if you would be coding the design.
The winner must produce original psd/ai files, and converted web ready images. If coding the template, we are using Xoops and need something that conforms to the "Holy Grail" template design standards. Also, the winning designer will need to sign a simple work-for-hire agreement (that we will provide by email) transferring all rights to the deto us upon full payment to the designer.

Logo:
We like the shade of blue in the logo and think it would work well as an accent color with a warm color scheme. We are open to other color scehemes though.

We might also want the option to occasionally have a "right" column when necessary as well.
Notes:
* The material itself is visually uninteresting, so we need to find ways to make the website more interesting to look at in general.
* We also want the website to be as clean as possible. We don't want users to have to hunt within a multitude of information to find what they are looking for.
* We don't want to waste prime website real estate with stock photos that don't convey any information. I've seen a lot of website designs where a big chunk of the top of the website is wasted to stock photos of attractive people in a meeting. We aren't interested in that.
