Help Nula Technologies with a new website design

We are a custom software development company that specializes in telephony-based communication software that is delivered via the cloud. We target small to medium sized businesses in the Construction/Transportation/Healthcare industries. We would like to highlight our products and try to compel visitors to sign up for the free trial. However, we also want to highlight our custom software development service, and show companies the cool stuff we can do and the benefit for their company.
The colours should remain consistent with the logo I have attached. I like websites that are a little more cartoonish almost, but still remain professional. (Cartoonish may be the wrong word. I had some feedback on the design brief. I am referring to sites that have some cool imagery, like on twilio.com there are a lot of icons beside text that show what the text describes. Look at the main page down near the bottom, there's a small picture of a phone, the world, etc...) I like when these icons have some sort of effect when an event on the page occurs... like a mouseover event).I like open designs that can be fluid and will work on all devices like mobile and web. The front-end will be developed with HTML5/CSS/jQuery. I kind of like the texture of the black background in the 8.png file attached. It appears to be emanating from the center. Not sure if this could be integrated into the design somehow.
We would like to design a landing page and also one other page for our custom solutions for now. Once we decide on a good design, we'll want to work on building subsequent pages. Home Page: The home page should have a large dynamically changing area to highlight our products and services (eg: twilio.com/shaw.ca). These will be updated periodically with new features/products we want to highlight. A couple to start are: Our first product (Nula Broadcast) we are releasing is an appointment reminder app for doctors/dentists/gyms/etc... that allows these businesses to automatically send reminders via text or phone call to their customers reminding them of upcoming appointments. All our apps can be tried for free with a $25 dollar free credit. A second item we want to highlight is our custom solutions. We would like to entice the visitor to click on the ad which will take them to the solutions section of the website. There are a ton of cool features we would like to be able to demo to the visitor. I'm thinking that on the home page we could have a small section that allows the visitor to see it in action. It should maybe show just one feature at a time and the user can test it out. For example, they could enter their phone number on the screen and click "call", they receive a phone call from the browser that asks them to record a message. Their voice is then transcribed to text and displayed on the screen. This should have some sort of functionality to easily flip through the different demos. They can easily navigate to the demos section to view our endless possibilities. Consistent Page Elements: I'm not entirely sure about the navigation. I would like it to be a little more creative than the standard "Home/About/Contact" links. I want the site to show stuff in action with minimal text. I was thinking there could be a page for Demos. Maybe it could be called "Endless Possibilities". There needs to be a section to highlight "Custom Solutions". I'm not sure what the Product or Apps section should be called. If the other sections all have 2 words for the title of the section, do you think every section should follow this rule? Maybe it could just be "Nula Apps" or something. We'll need links to Sign-in (this should be fairly prevalent), get help (we are building up a help section. I would like the ability to submit a ticket online if they are signed in), social media (facebook/twitter/linkedIn ... eventually we might have youtube for help videos), perhaps the ability to like us and follow us, contact us (we will have a contact form, but they can also email us or call our toll-free number), find out about our company. Custom Solutions Page: The subsequent pages should have a slightly different look than the home page. For one, I don't want the large dynamically changing section to be on every page. I like what twilio.com has done with their individual pages. They have a lot of cool images and icons. I think showing is better than explaining. A few things I want to highlight are that we host everything in the cloud. We can also integrate our software with existing systems. Running software is cheaper than purchasing hardware and maintaining it, which saves businesses money on their bottom line. Our software allows businesses to communicate with their customers from anywhere in the world without paying roaming fees. They can also get presence anywhere in the world by registering a local number in another city or country. I want our visitors (aka: other small/med sized businesses) to be thinking about stuff they could implement within their own organization. We want to highlight a few things on the main solutions page, then allow them to delve deeper into what is actually possible. We want to highlight: Voice/SMS Broadcasting (surveys/polls, automatically translate and convert text-to-speech in 5 different languages), Secure Website Authentication (website sends a text message with a security pin the user must enter on the site), Automated Transcription (convert voice-to-text and be able to search phone conversation recordings with keywords). iOS/Android Platform Development (bring your phone system with you anywhere). I would like to entice visitors to speak with a software specialist. I want this to dynamically change depending on if someone is available or not. If there is a specialist online, the visitor has the option to enter the phone number and get a call back immediately. If not, then they can enter their details and someone will come them as soon as possible. We'll need to capture their Name, Phone if a specialist is available. Other optional information is Email, Company Name, Best time to call, what they are calling about. PLEASE SEE COMMENTS SECTION FOR MORE INFO!!
What to avoid
Overly complex designs that are difficult to replicate across different platforms and devices. That being said, we are assuming visitors will have modern browsers and smartphone devices.
I understand that the designs are static, but we'd love to hear/see your ideas for how your design will be spiced up using jQuery!
