This website introduces buyers and seller of dental practices together to sell a practice. Like a "Redfin" but for selling dental practices

I would like a great image that resembles something dental. But the left side needs to be darker to I can overlay "Practice Orbit" "One Place for Dental Transitions" "Sellers, Buyers, Agents and Brokers". I don't like the white box on the current site. I'd rather the text be directly over the picture. But it needs good contrast between the text and the picture. Like www.redfin.com.

I only need help with the banner image and banner text on the home page.

You can change pictures. It should resemble something dental. Like a nice dental office. I uploaded a possible option. You'll have to darken the left side to overlay the text.
