Need Landing Page/website designed for Real Estate Investment Site

We would like a site created which caters to sellers which need to sell their home quickly for cash or have an immediate need to get from under their mortgage.  The site will be all about a quick sell.  The target audience is homeowners that are going through some financial situation, such as foreclosure, divorce, job loss, etc. and need sell quickly or homeowners that are relocating, are underwater on their mortgage or have failed to sell their home through a real estate agency and are just looking for a way to free themselves of their mortgage debt.  We are a real estate brokerage and investment company and have an extensive network or buyers and investors looking to purchase homes at a discount.  When a seller submits their information to us online, we will send the home information out to our network to see if anyone is interested in purchasing it.  We will then call the  homeowners and review the offers received by phone and move forward from there.  The site will be more of a landing page style because our main focus is providing information and capturing information.  The site will need to pop with color and style but maintain a professional look. We like the layout of the site but do not like the colors. We want our site to be eye catching and have some pop to it. Nothing with muted or boring colors. It needs to be inviting yet maintain a professional appearance so that people have a wow experience and also will feel comfortable giving their information online. The website domain will be www.24HrHomeOffer.com. It would be nice to have some sort of graphic on the site...I like graphics with people, but that is optional, not a requirement. I think I will need only 1 page designed since it will be a landing page style but I will need links to 2 other pages. The two other pages are as follows: 1. FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) 2. Investors (this will be a link to a page which allows investors to sign up for email notifications of new properties for sale) We would also like a Live Chat Button incorporated on the home page. Not sure if that needs to be part of the initial design or if that is just added when the site is coded. I have attached a word document with the text and sections for the site. We have a website for our brokerage but this will be separate.

It will need to be real estate oriented, would like a graphic or two, must use color and look professional. Please see sample sites for direction but this site will need its own unique look.

I only want 1 main page and a FAQ and Investor Page. I am attaching a word doc with the sections and text.

Anything comical or cartoonish. It needs to be professional.
