We need a website design for a houston area related
real estate company which specializes in Residential and
Commercial Properties.

The main navigation will include about 10 links. Some of those
will have sublinks so make sure to include a secondary navigation
or an area for sublinks.

The main links are: Home, Property Listing, Buyers, Sellers,
Commercial Real Estate, Neighborhood Resources, Tax Information, Professional Services, Foreclosure, Contact Us Page.

We're based and operate in Houston so try to tie in a theme image
that use Houston area skyline and houston related images. (Maybe an
image of the Houston Area Downtown)

For the home page itself:
We have a 1-800- number so it needs to listed so that it's easy
to notice.

In the content area for the home page we plan on posting properties
listing for sale and their descriptions.

Ex:
Property 1 For Sale with Image
Price, Subdivision, Bedrooms, Baths, Garage, Building Sqft, Lot Size, Year Built, and there will be three links for each of those listings - View Details, Map, and Photo Gallery

The logo is a bit large so if needed you can edit it to
fit your design, but don't change it completely so that
it's no longer recognizable.

Also the layout needs to be easy to navigate, nothing too
complex.
