Website design for new VoIP brand

We will be offering VoIP (voice over IP) services to our customers. They will be home users, small and large businesses.

No existing site.

Clean. Smooth corners. Open to base colours with links, hovers or button selects matching these.

Home Should be the main page with a splash page showing the basic services, embedded twitter feed and live chat button Features/Pricing Table showing all features such as (with brief explanations and images to correlate). Inbound Numbers Voicemail Time-based Routing Call Groups Call Recording Menus Music on Hold Call Conferencing Call Forwarding Call Logs Fax-to-email Busy Lamps Global Address Book Custom Outbound CLI Call Charges Call pricing for the tip 5-10 destinations and then a place for a form or drop down for specific countries and a place to show them Hardware List of phones and SIP gateways. Pricing to be included as well as a link to order. Order Page allowing customer to order specific services. Should allow for quantity of some features (i.e 4 x extensions) but then others should be (yes or no, as a one off cost). Non-specific as long both are considered in the configurator Contact Page Showing address, phone number, fax and email address. Google maps inclusion as well as contact form. (should also include basic design for showing a success/error dialog box when submitting the form) Overall site should have a universal header and footer. Top showing name, nav bar/links (contact, login etc). Footer should show copyright date/time, social buttons, handy links and maybe a one paragraph sentence about the company.

Very dark colours. i.e black backgrounds.

No logo as yet. Just use a placeholder. Search bar might be nice somewhere either in the header/footer. Really open to design. Want a nice "clean style" site but have elements of a "new-age" web feel.  *Will* guarantee prize once we have at least one design that we 110% like. Have run two previous competitions and have 100% completion rate thus far.
