About us
ich bin Mentaltrainer und helfe Menschen gelassener zu sein, fröhlicher, ihre Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Ziele/ Wünsche zu kennen und zu erreichen. Ängste, Blockaden zu lösen. Glücklich, fröhlich zu ein, positiv zu denken, Achtsam, bunter. Meine Zielgruppe sind hauptsächlich Frauen im Alter 35-48 Jahre, im Job angekommen meist in Führungsposition. Sind überfordert mit Familie und Job, stehen sich oft selbst im Weg wollen alles perfekt machen. Wünschen sich gelassener zu sein, innerliche Ruhe zu haben und zufriedenheit und einfach nur glücklich sein.

ich leben im Norden Deutschlands eventuell passt was mit Leuchtturm (Wegweiser, Fels in der Brandung oder Sonne (warm, positiv) oder Schmetterling (von Raupe, zu Puppe zu Schmetterling, Veränderungen), bin allerdings absolut unsicher (starte ja erst) und daher offen für alle tollen Ideen auf der Website nutze ich als Hauptfarbe: gelb (#f7c200) und als Link Farbe: rot (#f75e45)
