Design a feminine, on-trend logo for an Australian café / houseplant shop in Pennsylvania

We are an Australian style restaurant/cafe, serving fresh, local, farm-to-table fare in Amish Country, Pennsylvania (USA).

We are an Australian style restaurant/café, serving fresh, local, farm-to-table fare and Australian coffee in Amish Country, Pennsylvania (USA). Our restaurant will feature a neutral colour palette throughout (rattan lamp shades, white walls with colorful artwork, black chairs, butchers block table tops, marble counter, green cabinetry), and we will also sell ... I have attached pictures of our space and our food (we are still in the development stages). We will incorporate pinks and greens into the space: RGB:...,...,... RGB:...,...,... We think we would like to feature some kind of Australian flora or fauna in our logo (such as a cockatoo, kangaroo, koala, bottlebrush, banksia, wattle, Eucalyptus etc). We would like an emblem style logo and we would like to nickname our café "HB" (basic layout ideas attached). We would like a logo that is quite feminine, clean and simple, that would look good across a range of media (on Instagram, coffee cups, sweatshirts, window decals etc). I would like to see examples featuring lower case letters and upper case letters, as well as block letters and cursive, because we do not have a font yet (example font/logo attached).
