We do not want a new logo but an UPDATED version, and just for the text, not the ... We like the character, but not the ... We find the the logo AS A WHOLE lacking ... The text seems separated from the character, like an after ... What we want is both the text and character to be ONE ... I doubt that changing the font will suffice, but we are not against ... Amazingly cute and inviting logo design with simplistic hand drawn feel is concealing mystic lady in hemlock cone. One of the proposals for Chord, physician oriented medical brand. Out of the ordinary, this abstract design resonates with sense of motion and rotation. Shades of blue and gray enhance that feel providing depth while being flat. Icon is paired with customised lettering in modern sans style where resonance is continued through wavy horizontal lines. Design works as great in full color as it does in monochrome so its versatile yet recognizable.

BlueOak pharmaceuticals logo

Had some fun working on this interesting project for BlueOak Pharmaceuticals. Idea here was to create symbol of oak tree where branches provide subtle reference to human brain. Also tree trunk was designed slightly offset to evoke sort of windblown dynamic feel. Reason for designing it this way is because company is working on discovering and developing novel medicines for diseases of the brain. Pretty satisfied with end results.
