弊社はBtoBに特化したセールス・マーケティングサービスを提供しています。 メインクライアントは大手IT企業（内資・外資）で、営業部長以上やマーケティングの責任者に対して、営業活動をしております。メインサービスは、テレマーケティングを主体としたリードジェネレーション（見込み客作成）やインサイドセールスです。 今回、Net Promotor scoreといわれる、新しい顧客満足度調査をベースとした、新しいセールス・マーケティングコンサルサービスをリリースします。 従来の「満足しているか否か」を基準とした顧客満足度調査ではなく、「自分の知人友人同僚に薦めたいか否か」という顧客ロイヤリティを基準に調査し、自社の「ファン」がどの程度いるのか、「非ファン」がどの程度いるのかを調査し、「ファン」に対しては、ロイヤリティを高めるマーケティング施策を、「非ファン」に対しては、ボトルネックを洗い出し、「ファン」になってもらうためのマーケティング施策を提供し、クライアントの収益を上げるものになっています。
