コルシカ島では珍しいピノ・ノワール１００％の葡萄から造られています。醸造はフランスのクルジェでも醸造を担当している、ピノノワール種に精通したラウル・カナファー氏。標高５０～１５０ｍに広がる葡萄畑で熟練の農家により、自然な農法で育まれた葡萄で仕込みました。「美しい島」をイメージするIle de Beaute はコルシカ産のVDPに与えられる名称です。
