They wanted some traditional political elements tied in with vibrant design that would appeal to young people. I used the shape of the state of Utah as well as parts of their state seal. The font was my own creation meant to reflect the angular state shape (which, in the end, was maybe a bit much). This design was not selected, but I like it.")

The client wanted a vintage look similar to posters made for the US National Park service in the 1960's. In this version I also added a halftone screen which gives it a vintage print look.")
