Very happy with our first use of 99 Designs. they make it easy to navigate through - even for a Non-Techy like me... From the beginning to the end, found everything to be clearly explained. Well actually, just one area that troubled us, (though we are newbies at this on-line sort of stuff), there is a point where you make your selection, the winners go through to the next phase and the losers, errrr, go away. Here the choice is made by clicking a single button under the design, making it go away. Actually it makes the designer go away as well, (so we hastily had to re-introduce the design, as this particular designer had offered several designs and we liked others)... blah blah... However, the misunderstanding resulted in us deleting the designers we liked and keeping the ones we didn't like... and that could have been avoided in our opinion with two check boxes with say "Keep" and "Lose" or something... Luckily 99 Designs Support was able to reverse the process before we'd lost it all!!! Overall... EXCELLENT Happy to refer friends to this awesome service... Product : Everything we asked for we got. A flurry of different designers offering their take on our brief... the hardest part was picking a winner! Brilliant!

We used 99designs to create a logo or our not-for-profit organization. Once our brief was submitted, we immediately started receiving high quality designs. If I could offer any advice, I would say the more detailed your brief, the more your "rate" designs and designers, the better your results will be.
