"Hello Jorge.
The logo design process takes 5 days and you were traveling, so it took a while for you to give me feedback and make decisions, and I didn't bother you about it.
You defined the final logo and released payment, so I sent you the final logo files.
You requested that the brand manual be created with the selected logo.
After the brand manual was created, you requested changes to the logo, but the final logo had already been delivered, so I couldn't make changes without charging for them.
You didn't like the fact that you couldn't make changes to the final logo (for which the final files had already been delivered) and that you had to pay to make changes to the logo (for which the final files had already been delivered), so you gave me a bad review.
All the requested changes were made during the design process and the entire job was completed successfully.
It doesn't make sense to finalize a logo design, where you have selected the final logo, deliver all the materials, and then not charge if there are any changes to the logo after all the files have been submitted."
